Welcome to Drum Pattern Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, and digital content (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Drum Pattern Lab. By using the Service, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.

3. Memberships & Access

Drum Pattern Lab offers both free and paid membership plans.

The Free plan provides limited access to preview drum patterns and selected content. Access and features under the Free plan may change at any time.

Paid membership plans provide access to premium drum patterns and MIDI downloads. Features, pricing, and availability are displayed at checkout. Access to paid features remains active only while the subscription is active.

4. Payments & Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Drum Pattern Lab does not store your payment information. Prices may change, but any changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. License & Usage Rights

All drum patterns, MIDI files, and related content available through the Service are owned by Drum Pattern Lab or its licensors.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use downloaded patterns in personal and commercial music projects. You may modify the patterns to suit your productions.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or make the patterns available as standalone products. Uploading Drum Pattern Lab content to other websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to logos, branding, design elements, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Drum Pattern Lab and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass subscription limits or security measures, share accounts with unauthorized users, or copy, scrape, or exploit the Service or its content in any unauthorized manner.

9. Termination

Drum Pattern Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Drum Pattern Lab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drum Pattern Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

Drum Pattern Lab may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
